Data Storage and Processing
Our data is securely hosted on the cloud across multiple regions with appropriate backups. Our cloud partners are trusted independent providers who have also earned their SOC 2 Type II and ISO certifications.
Data encryption
Employer, employee, and platform data are 256-bit encrypted at rest and in transit.


Data permissions & authentication
As per our SOC 2 Type II, we strictly restrict access to customer data to authorized personnel. Team members use multi-factor authentication or respective secret keys for platform data connections.
Geofencing
Our customers are based in the US, and so are their data and the people that assist them. By geofencing to the US, we are able to support public sector clients as well.
