- Fixed an issue with the logic for determining how rewards are counted against the annual cap – previously, we used the calendar year of the date that the reward transaction finished processing, which caused instances where the Q4 reward for the previous year would be counted against the current year’s cap. This caused some users to reach their cap early and not receive the full expected amount of a later reward midway through the year, which was not intended behavior. Now, the payroll date of the reward is used, so it is correctly counted against the cap for the calendar year for which it was intended. The effect is that savers get more rewards and get them correctly counted against the cap for the year in which they were earned. We have also run make-up rewards to correct for savers who were adversely affected by the previous logic.
